The Clara from Related California is delivering upscale apartment living just steps from Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The 22-story high-rise, which opened earlier in 2025, is part of The Clara District, an emerging 45-acre walkable neighborhood, offering a range of nearby amenities such as public parks, retail, restaurants, and entertainment.
The Clara, with 508 homes ranging from studios and three-bedroom apartments to townhomes and penthouses, was designed by architecture firm Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, with interiors by AvroKO and landscape design Sufracedesign.
