Atlanta-based RangeWater Real Estate is expanding its presence in its hometown metro with the closing and groundbreaking of The Greene, a 300-unit, ground-up multifamily community. The fully integrated multifamily firm is partnering with Kinea Investimentos, one of the largest investment companies in Latin America, on the development.
Set to be completed in the first quarter of 2027, The Greene is located in Lawrenceville, a popular area about 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. This marks RangeWater’s seventh multifamily community in Atlanta’s suburbs and its 28th in Georgia.

According to the Gwinnett County 2045 Unified Plan, the county’s population is projected to grow from 972,662 people in 2020 to over 1.5 million in 2045. The county noted this growth will require 8,500 new or replacement housing units, per year, over the next two decades.
Marking RangeWater Construction’s fourth construction project, the community will span 21 acres, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging between 728 and 1,321 square feet. Units will include premium finishes, such as quartz countertops, underlit cabinets, stainless steel appliances, walk-in showers, and washers and dryers.
Residents also will have access to a wealth of amenities, such as a resort-style pool, a biergarten, coworking pods, an outdoor fire pit, a fitness area, a pet spa and dog park, and walking trails. The clubhouse will be modeled as an expanded modern farmhouse with a “harvest at home” feel and rich hunter green tones.
