Rockefeller Group Unveils 60-Story Alina, Set to Become Atlanta’s Tallest Residential Tower

A new mixed-use high-rise is poised to reshape Atlanta’s skyline this spring. Rockefeller Group, a U.S. real estate developer, owner, and operator, has unveiled the 60-story Alina, which will deliver 224,000 square feet of office space across eight floors of the building, 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail offerings, and 357 rental residences with sweeping views of Midtown and beyond.

Touted as the tallest residential tower in Atlanta at 749 feet, Alina will comprise a mix of spacious floor plans, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts as well as loft and penthouse units. Highlights include keyless entry, ceiling heights up to 10 feet, custom closet shelving, quartz countertops, designer backsplashes, upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliances, and custom-tiled showers with frameless glass exposures.

In addition, the penthouse units will have luxury features such as a backlit vanity mirror, a freestanding bathtub, a kitchen island with a breakfast bar, a dry bar for entertaining, and expansive walk-in closets.

“After years of strategic planning and design, we’re excited to formerly introduce Alina,” said John Petricola, senior managing director of the Southeast region at Rockefeller Group. “These residences reflect the pinnacle of our vision for 1072 West Peachtree, a vertically connected community where elevated design, modern convenience, and immersive experiences come together to create a truly distinctive lifestyle in Atlanta.”

The same attention to detail given to residence interiors will also be found in the more than 1 acre of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Residents will have access to a wealth of amenities that support health and connection, including a resort-style athletic club, private spa treatment rooms, saunas, frost lockers, a yoga and Pilates studio, and an outdoor pickleball court. The clubroom will feature two fireplace lounges, billiards, shuffleboard, a golf simulator, and an indoor and outdoor porch lounge. A one-of-the-kind dog run will be included on the 20th floor, and The Pavilion at 1072 will feature a resort-style pool with an outdoor deck and flexible-use lawn.

Turner Construction is serving as general contractor for the building, and the high-rise’s design and interiors are being shaped by Atlanta-based TVS. Bozzuto will kick off Alina’s leasing efforts in the second quarter.
