Private equity firm Alpine Investors has launched a new platform, Oakline Properties, that is dedicated to partnering with and scaling property and association managers across the nation.
Oakline is led by CEO Amanda Sayigh, a seasoned operator that previously served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Innovative Systems, a former Alpine portfolio company.
“We’re excited to launch Oakline to help leading management companies reach their full potential with dedicated resources across marketing, sales, talent, and technology,” said Sayigh. “Our goal is to strengthen what’s already working, while also making it easier for our partners to meet the evolving needs of the communities they serve and continue delivering exceptional service.”
In conjunction with the launch, Oakline has teamed with Cirrus Asset Management, a property and asset management firm overseeing more than 20,000 units, as its initial partner. Cirrus, founded in 2007 by Steve Heimler, manages a portfolio valued at over $7 billion. With an executive team with over 150 years of combined industry experience, it operates across multiple states.
“From the outset, Oakline’s people-first mission and the strength of its team stood out. The team’s depth of M&A experience, strong reputation, and cultural alignment made it a natural fit to partner with Cirrus,” Heimler noted. “We look forward to our next chapter and continuing to accelerate our growth and offerings.”
Oakline also has brought Nina-Lee Jewell Alhambra on board as chief portfolio officer to oversee the platform build and partner company operations. Jewell Alhambra most recently was chief operating officer for April Housing, a Blackstone portfolio company dedicated to the creation and preservation of affordable. She brings over two decades of leadership across property management, low-income housing tax credit development, and asset services.
“[Jewell Alhambra] brings deep industry expertise and an innovative approach to property management and will be instrumental in growing Oakline alongside our partner companies’ strong teams,” said Sayigh.
Graham Weaver, founder and CEO of Alpine Investors, added the company sees “tremendous opportunity in the property management space.”
“We’re excited to back Oakline as it builds a network of exceptional service providers,” he said. “With strong early momentum and an experienced leadership team, we believe Oakline is well positioned for continued expansion and to deliver consistent, high-quality service to communities across the country.”
