Elmington Property Management Rebrands as Bedrock

Elmington Property Management has rebranded to Bedrock, representing both its foundation and its future.

“For years, we have built a strong reputation through operational consistency, trusted partnerships, and a people-first approach to management. As the organization continued to evolve, we felt it was important for our brand to more clearly reflect who we are today and the standard we intend to uphold moving forward,” says president DeAnna Moore. “It’s a reflection of our strength and what we have accomplished through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and people-first leadership.”

The Nashville, Tennessee–based property management firm manages over 30,000 apartments across 200-plus communities in 27 states. It ranks No. 41 on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s list of top apartment managers for 2026.

According to Bedrock, the rebrand is about better aligning the firm’s identity with the role it already plays for its partners and communities.

“I don’t think most people realize just how broad our portfolio has become—and we’re continuing to grow. Not only in size, but in the sophistication of our operations, leadership, and long-term approach to management,” Moore says. “With Bedrock, we are going to be intentional about telling our story, both within the industry and to the general public because we believe we’ve built something truly meaningful.”

Moore says many different names were considered for the rebrand, but the team kept returning to Bedrock.

“It captured the essence of who we are and what separates us from others in the industry. We see ourselves as the foundation behind the shared success of our clients, communities, and residents,” she notes. “Bedrock reflects stability, consistency, resiliency, and the role we strive to play across every community we serve.”

The rebrand introduces a new visual identity for the firm while also reinforcing its guiding principles and values. Moore emphasizes that while the name has changed, the commitment to its clients, residents, communities, and staff has not.

It also sets the firm up for its next chapter.

“We have a team that is energized and deeply committed to building something enduring—a desire to be known as a property management company that is intentionally exceptional and thoughtful with our operations and services,” says Moore. “There’s a real sense of pride and momentum across the organization right now, and I share that excitement for what’s ahead.”

Moore adds the firm post-brand will be focused on thoughtful and intentional growth.

“For us, growth is not simply about scale. We want to be intentional about what new clients we partner with, the communities we manage, and the markets we enter,” she shares. “We’ve been successful in how we grow and what makes sense for us, and that approach will continue to guide us moving forward.”
